Job summary

AI/ML Developer Generative AI & Agentic AI(5 to 8 years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. The role will focus on building production‑grade AI applications, including RAG solutions, AI agents, APIs and scalable backend services, with strong Python development experience.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on development experience in Python, Generative AI and LLM‑based applications.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on GenAI/LLM development and 1 year of Agentic AI experience.
• Design, develop and deploy production‑grade Generative AI applications.
• Build Agentic AI solutions and multi‑step AI workflows for business use cases.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Strong experience with Prompt Engineering, including Zero‑shot, Few‑shot, CoT and Function Calling.
• Develop scalable AI backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar LLM application frameworks.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS or Weaviate.
• Hands‑on knowledge of embeddings, NLP and transformer‑based models.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices and integrating AI services with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment and software engineering best practices.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in real‑world production environments, with the ability to explain architecture, implementation, use cases and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem‑solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
