Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Agent Development specialist to design autonomous AI agents and multi-agent ecosystems in a production setting. You will implement reasoning, planning, reflection, and execution workflows, with strong memory management and tool-calling capabilities.

You will also work on MCP development, enterprise integrations and RAG pipelines, ensuring robust orchestration, state management and observability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain and Google ADK.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous AI agents: reasoning, planning, reflection, execution and memory management.
• Implement A2A communication, delegation, orchestration, and planner-executor-reviewer patterns.
• Build MCP servers and clients; integrate enterprise tools; manage schema, context and permissions.
• Create RAG pipelines, ingestion and retrieval quality evaluation.
• Connect agents to APIs, databases and tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy); enable tool calling.
• Establish production monitoring: logging, observability, performance optimization and reliability testing.

• Agent Development - Develop autonomous AI agents, implement reasoning, planning, reflection, and execution workflows, build agent collaboration mechanisms, design agent memory management
• Multi-Agent Systems - Implement A2A communication, build delegation and orchestration logic, develop planner-executor-reviewer patterns and implement agent state management
• MCP Development - Build MCP Servers & Clients, Integrate enterprise tools through MCP, Manage schema, context, and permissions
• RAG Development - Build enterprise RAG pipelines, create ingestion pipelines, implement retrieval strategies & evaluate retrieval quality
• Enterprise Integrations - Connect agents with APIs, Databases, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, internal enterprise tools, Build tool-calling capabilities
