Job summary

VySystems in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AI engineer to lead agentic AI development and build end-to-end AI-powered products. You will work on multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and memory management for autonomous decision-making.

The role involves integrating AI agents with enterprise monitoring, ITSM platforms, and RAG-based search solutions, with strong emphasis on observability through Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agentic AI development with 5+ years building AI-powered products end-to-end.
• Strong experience in agentic AI development using modern programming languages.
• Hands-on with Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and microservices.
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise monitoring and ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Designing multi-agent systems, orchestration, reasoning workflows, tool integration, memory management, function calling.
• Experience building AI-driven incident management solutions with remediation.
• Experience with RAG-based solutions using Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD, IaC.
• Observability skills with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics, BigPanda, ThousandEyes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows.

• Experience designing multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, reasoning workflows, tool integration, memory management, function calling, and autonomous decision-making.
• Experience building AI-driven incident management solutions, including alert correlation, anomaly detection, RCA, change impact analysis, predictive insights, and automated remediation.
• Experience with RAG-based solutions using Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with observability tools and practices including Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics, BigPanda, ThousandEyes, and metrics, events, logs, and traces.
• Experience developing automated workflows, runbooks, self-healing mechanisms, and remediation solutions using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
