Job summary

Tejasvi Bharat Services Llp in Ludhiana seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to drive end-to-end coordination, lead generation, and onboarding of investors for growth initiatives.

You will resolve investor queries, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee investor relations through market mapping, inside sales, and field visits to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of experience in investor relations or an equivalent role.
• Strong ability to resolve investor queries with minimal turnaround time.
• Go-getter attitude with a proven track record in sales or business development.
• Decent interpersonal skills and investor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination, lead generation and acquisition of potential investors.
• Deal with investor queries and resolve issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Manage investor relations through market mapping, inside sales and field visits.
• Establish business relationships and engage investors with various affiliations.
• On-board valued fund aggregators in rural and semi-urban geographies and meet targets.
• Coordinate with backend support team for excellent investor service.
• Adhere to SOPs and compliances in line with policies and contracts.
• Coordinate with compliance units, CS and CA for audit reports and reviews.
• Ensure compliance clarity with applicable taxes and investor awareness.

Role & responsibilities:

• End to end coordination, lead generation and acquisition of potential Investors for fueling business expansion plans set forth and approved by promoters entity.
• Dealing with Investor queries and resolving issues by effective coordination with relevant teams, resolve complaints quickly and effectively with an aim to preserve Investors.
• Management and overview of Investor relations through market mapping, inside sales, and field visits to achieve preset targets.
• Establish business relationships and engage Investors with various entrepreneurship affiliations, understanding Investor compliances.
• End to end coordination in identification and on-boarding of valued fund aggregators in rural and semi-urban geographies, achieving individual targets.
• Coordination with backend support team for excellent Investor service.
• Adherence with all the SOPs and compliances in line with the preset policies and contracts.
• Coordination with compliance units, CS and CA for Audit reports and Business reviews.
• Compliance clarity with all the applicable taxes and Investor awareness on the relevant SOPs and linked fictional CFO Business services (affiliate business modelled).

Preferred applicant profile:

• Target driven professional with approx. 4 years of experience in managing Investor Relations or equivalent role
• Keen to handle and cherish Investor relations, resolving queries within the least TAT
• Go-getter attitude, preferably sales professional with proven track record
• Decent interpersonal skills and Investor relationship management
• Problem-solving attitude for fostering positive business relationships
