upGrad Study Abroad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through overseas education journeys, offering end-to-end support from enquiry to admission. The role involves in-person counselling, country and university guidance, and handling applications and visa steps.

Based in Noida, you will contribute to meeting monthly counselling and enrollment targets and work with our network of universities across destinations including USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of admissions counselling or education sales experience.
• Study Abroad knowledge is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage students and parents.
• Proven track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

Working Days: 6 (Monday – Saturday)

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the role :

As a Senior Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their overseas education journey via face-to-face counselling sessions. Your focus will be to understand student aspirations, recommend the right universities and courses across destinations (USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and more) and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.

Skills & Experience :

• • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• • Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
