Job summary

Microland Limited is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Administrator in Bengaluru to lead administration, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog. You will own platform governance, drive adoption, and manage capacity, budgets, and roadmaps in collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Deep ITIL expertise is required, with experience managing vendor relations and complex integrations, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, to deliver scalable
