Job summary

A leading solar systems company in Hyderabad is seeking a Financial Manager with 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will lead the financial operations, ensuring compliance with taxation and regulations, while overseeing the financial performance and implementing budgets. Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills are crucial for this role. The position requires a graduate/postgraduate in Finance or Commerce and proficiency in accounting software. Mondays to Saturdays work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and MIS preparation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial performance analysis and recommend cost-optimization strategies.
• Manage tax compliance including GST, TDS, and corporate filings.
• Handle treasury functions, cash flow, investments, and debt management.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Lead the accounts team, assign responsibilities, and provide training.
• Manage month-end/year-end closures, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee ERP/Accounting systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Track project accounting, expenses, and profitability.
