Job summary

Cherry Crumble is seeking an Urgent Senior Accountant to join the team in New Delhi, handling IFRS UK Accounts, VAT returns, and UK payroll with year-end support. The role requires strong knowledge of UK GAAP, CT600 filings, and accurate reconciliation of control accounts.

The candidate should hold an M.Com or MBA/PGDM in Finance, with hands-on experience using Xero and QuickBooks. This position offers immediate onboarding and active involvement in client engagements for US, UK, and Australia

Qualifications

• M.Com in Commerce or MBA/PGDM in Finance is required.
• Experience with UK tax returns and IFRS/UK GAAP is essential.
• Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks with year-end processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize IFRS UK Accounts and UK GAAP reports.
• Handle UK VAT returns and CT600 submissions.
• Reconcile control accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage UK payroll and related year-end duties.
• Produce year end working papers and supporting schedules.
• Troubleshoot accounting issues and ensure accuracy of data.
