Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Property Accounting professional to support the expense scrub process, GL mapping for acquisitions, and month-end close across real estate assets.

The role requires a BA/BS in accounting (CPA/MBA preferred) with experience in CAM, real estate accounting, and reconciliations; training offshore teams and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in property accounting and real estate is desirable.
• CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the expense scrub process.
• Supervise and train offshore consultants.
• Handle prior-owner GL account mapping for acquisitions.
• Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates.
• Perform monthly completeness checks.
• Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications.
• Process alter worksheet requests.
• Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed.
• Review monthly workpapers.
• Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries as needed.
• Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.
