Velan, a long-standing real estate accounting specialist, invites a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative team in Tamil Nadu. You will manage financial records for multiple properties, handle AP/AR, and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy across ledgers.

You will prepare reports, analyze variances, assist budgets, and ensure tax compliance while coordinating with property managers on queries and tenant billing. Strong Excel and Yardi/Buildium/AppFolio experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years experience in property management or real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi/Buildium/AppFolio/Rent Manager.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties.
