Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking a CA-qualified accounting professional with strong UK accounting experience to manage accruals, NHS income processing, and internal recharge journals. The role requires detailed variance analysis and robust reporting for monthly packs.

The candidate will prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support ad hoc tasks, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Immediate joiners are preferred, and a strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with UK accounting experience.
• 5+ years of relevant UK accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and post monthly accruals across cost centers.
• Analyse, reconcile and post NHS income into ledgers (FP34 Statements).
• Calculate and post internal staff recharge journals.
• Explain cost variances to budget and forecast.
• Prepare reports for monthly reporting pack (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

• Calculating and Posting Monthly Accruals across various cost centers
• Analyzing, reconciling, and processing NHS Income into the ledgers (FP34Statements)
• Calculating and posting Internal Staff Recharge Journals
• Analyzing and explaining cost variances to budget & forecast
• Preparation of reports for Monthly Reporting Pack (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Learn other task and support/perform any Ad hoc tasks
