The role covers accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, GST/TDS, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and MIS assistance. Immediate joiners preferred; 6-day work weeks. Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Full-charge accounting knowledge.
• Strong GST/TDS and taxation knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Maintain day-to-day books: sales, purchases, journals, payments & receipts.
• Prepare GST returns and TDS calculations; support statutory filings.
• Handle bank reconciliations & vendor/customer ledgers.
• Raise invoices; manage payables and receivables; follow up on payments.
• Track project-wise costs and contractor payments; manage petty cash.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L and balance sheet support.
• Coordinate with CA/auditor for audits and maintain records.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant with full-charge accounting knowledge to manage the company's day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance.

The candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and smooth financial coordination for our interior fixture and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt entries.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations and support all statutory compliance and filings.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Raise invoices, manage payables and receivables, and follow up on client payments.
• Track project-wise costs, expenses and vendor/contractor payments.
• Manage petty cash, staff expenses and payment approvals.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L and balance sheet support.
• Coordinate with the CA/auditor for audits and maintain organised financial records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting with all-round (full-charge) accounts knowledge.
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and basic taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
• Accuracy, integrity and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the interior, fit-out or construction industry is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
