Job summary

Harekrishna Rubber Industries is seeking a Senior/Middle Level Accountant to manage core accounting, taxation, and administrative functions at our Mumbai office. The role focuses on closing, GST, banking reconciliations, stock and MIS reporting, payroll, and vendor/customer coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience and advanced accounting qualifications such as Inter CA / M.Com or a PG in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Balance Sheet finalisation & monthly closing.
• GST returns, E-way bills & Customs duty entries.
• Bank Reconciliation & Negative Ledger review.
• Stock, Sales & MIS reports (weekly/monthly).
• Salary, Loans, Advances & Leave records.
• Customer PDC, CHA/Shipping & High Seas entries.
• Invoicing, billing, payments & petty cash management.
• Vendor/customer coordination & documentation.
• General office administration & correspondence.
