Job summary

Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications. We seek a Senior Analyst to independently manage key areas of the financial close cycle and support global reporting from India.

You will own end-to-end month-end close deliverables and coordinate with regional Controllers to ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance. Required: 4–5 years in GL/R2R, strong analytical and communication skills, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in GL, R2R, and month-end accounting in a global setup.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables.
• Review journal entries prepared by Analysts.
• Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet schedules with variance explanations.
• Ensure IFRS / US GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate with regional Controllers for global close.
