Job summary

Shaleen Management Consultants in Morbi, Gujarat seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to lead plant accounting, financial analysis, inventory management, and MIS reporting for our manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with plant operations, production, and supply chain teams to maintain accurate ledgers, manage stock and costing controls, and provide management dashboards.

The role requires 5–15 years of experience in plant finance with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in plant finance, manufacturing accounting, or mineral operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/Tally/SAP.
• Thorough knowledge of statutory invoicing, inventory accounting, ledger reconciliation, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant accounting operations including general ledgers, cash/bank receipts, payments, sales, and purchase entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, production cost sheets, and variance analysis reports for management.
• Track and reconcile production, raw material consumption, inventory levels, wastage, and daily dispatch figures.
• Handle sales and purchase invoicing, generate debit/credit notes, and oversee complete billing verification and GST compliance.
• Perform periodic reconciliations across banks, customer accounts, vendor ledgers, inventory stock, and production figures.
• Monitor store inventory levels and collaborate actively with the Stores, Production, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure timely, error-free data entries and workflow execution in ERP / Tally / SAP software.
