With 2–4 years of experience, you will handle ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, MIS reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in an on-site role at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Commerce.
• 2–4 years of experience in core accounting roles.
• Strong GST filing, compliance, and reconciliation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ledger maintenance.
• Handle GST compliance, returns, reconciliations and documentation.
• Maintain financial records in Tally and ensure timely data entry.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end/year-end close.
• Assist internal audits and ensure compliance with standards and policies.

Uma Polymers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant- Finance and Accounts to manage core accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting processes, GST compliance, Tally ERP, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Handle GST compliance activities such as returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and ensure timely data entry and updates.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer account management.
• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
• 2 - 4 years of experience in core accounting roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience in GST filing, compliance, and reconciliation.
• Excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel (must-have).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
