Job summary

Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and manage GST workings, return filing support, and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return compliances.
• Manage banking transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle foreign inward and outward transactions and related accounting compliances.
• Maintain books of accounts and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate and manage ROC compliances for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
• Assist in Income Tax matters and annual compliances.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and business compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support finalization of accounts and annual filings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA Inter (Dropout) preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Prior work experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, Banking and foreign transactions, Compliance requirements for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to CA firm environment.
• Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance functions.Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills.Capable of managing timelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have prior experience working in a CA Firm. CA Inter dropouts with relevant experience will be given preference.
