Job summary

Al Namal & Vkl Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the finance function in a construction-focused setting. You will manage full accounting cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, MBA Finance / MCom / BCom qualifications, and strong MS Excel skills. Male candidates are preferred for this position located in the Maldives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting: AR, AP, GL, budgeting, forecasting.
• Manage statutory, internal audits and taxation matters.
• Prepare payrolls and supplier payments.
• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Close monthly accounts and prepare MIS, cash-flow reports.
• Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
• Develop internal controls and accounting policies; support intercompany cost allocations.

Senior Accountant is a key functional expert in the organization and is responsible for all finance and accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA Finance / MCom /B Com
