Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle and prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, review and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management; assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial projections for the Senior Management team.
• Lead and mentor the Accounting Team (Team of 5 people).
• Work with the team to complete month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Assist with audits, coordinating with auditors.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and accounting procedures.
