Job Description

Karbon is a YC‑backed fintech scaling our Virtual Accountant (VA) product. We need a Senior Accountant to independently manage end‑to‑end finance operations for a portfolio of fast‑growing startups and SMEs. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, maintaining their books in Tally, ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and delivering monthly MIS. We are looking for someone with 3‑6 years of experience (CA articleship counts) who communicates clearly and can operate with minimal supervision.

Skills Required

• Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping and month‑end closures
• Execute all GST and TDS compliance, filings, and reconciliations
