upGrad Study Abroad in Gurgaon invites a Senior Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through overseas education journeys, from enquiry to admission across destinations including the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia.

You will conduct in-person counselling sessions, advise on country options and courses, assist with applications, visas, and documentation, and strive to meet monthly counselling and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of admissions/counselling or education sales experience.
• Study Abroad knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory – structured training will be provided.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
• Minimum education qualification: Graduation in any stream; Postgraduate preferred.

About the role

As a Senior Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their overseas education journey via face-to-face counselling sessions. Your focus will be to understand student aspirations, recommend the right universities and courses across destinations (USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and more) and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.
