Job summary

Micron Technology in Hyderabad seeks a talented electrical engineer to join the high-speed interface design team. You will work on electrical and physical design of high-speed interfaces in packages, perform model extraction, validation, and electrical simulation, and develop test plans to validate package models.

The ideal candidate holds an MTech in Electrical Engineering with focus on electromagnetics, microwave, antenna theory and RF circuits, and is familiar with Ansys, Siemens or Cadence

Qualifications

• MTech in Electrical Engineering with strong emphasis in Electromagnetics, Microwave, Antenna Theory and RF Circuits.
• Familiarity with Ansys, Siemens or Cadence tools for frequency domain modeling and time-domain analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work on electrical and physical design of high-speed interfaces in packages.
• Perform electrical model extraction and validation of package interconnects with circuit design team and IP vendor.
• Electrical modeling, simulation and characterization of high-speed interfaces.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate package electrical models with measurements.
• Collaborate with product and system engineering for package correlation and validation.

Educational & Other Requirements

• MTech in Electrical Engineering with strong emphasis in Electromagnetics, Microwave, Antenna Theory and RF Circuits.
• Required Familiarity with Ansys, Siemens or Cadence tools for frequency domain modeling, Frequency domain analysis and transient time domain analysis.
