Cognizant in Bengaluru, India is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test plans. You will develop and execute test cases, build automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java, and perform multi-type testing across Salesforce components, APIs, and integrations.

The role involves collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, participation in Agile ceremonies, and delivering timely testing status updates to ensure high-quality releases.

Formación

• Experience in QA testing across functional, regression, and integration types.
• Strong understanding of test design and defect tracking processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Validate Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous quality improvements.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide testing status updates.
