Job summary

Infosys is seeking a competent automation tester to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver for web applications. You will create, execute, and maintain automated scripts, and perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure quality.

Collaboration with development teams and adherence to testing best practices are essential. API testing with Postman or Rest Assured and CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Azure DevOps,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks in Java.
• Hands-on automation scripting for web applications with Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Experience integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).

Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Generate test execution reports and quality metrics.
