Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Prepare and share test execution reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for quality assurance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing
• Expertise in test automation script development and execution
• Experience in test framework design (e.g., Hybrid, Data-Driven, Page Object Model)
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
• Ability to analyze and understand business and functional requirements
• Experience in test case design, execution, and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla)
• Experience in test reporting and documentation
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java / Python (preferred)
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Strong communication skills for client coordination
