Job summary

IP Infusion is seeking a motivated networking professional to develop advanced routing features and lead offshore development teams. You will work on BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, SR and SRv6, designing, coding, testing, and debugging with a strong focus on quality and customer impact.

The role requires hands-on MPLS/SRv6 experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to reason through complex problems before implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Segment Routing technology.
• Hands-on MPLS and SRv6 SR protocols experience.
• Working knowledge of OSPF or ISIS.
• Excellent communication for customer-facing scenarios.
• Logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to question the why's before moving to the how's.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and talented individual interested in working on advanced Routing, MPLS and Segment Routing features.

• Develop advanced routing and service features in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS and Segment Routing (SR), SRv6, IGP.
• Contribute to software design, development, review, and documentation to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and fix reported issues with routing protocol and services.
• Continuous learning and development of skills in system and network virtualization.
• Lead and guide offshore Development team. Work in close coordination with other team members.

Technical expertise:

• Should have good understanding of Segment Routing technology
• Hands-on experience on #MPLS and Segment Routing Protocols like #SRV6 is preferable
• Working knowledge of any of the IGP's ( OSPF/ISIS)
• Good communication skills and ability to interact in customer facing scenarios.
• Logical thinker with good analytical skills.
• Ability to reason and question the why's before moving to the how's.

Programming:

• Expertise in C programming.
