Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Seeburger/MFT specialist to manage and troubleshoot EDI integrations. You will analyze errors, perform RCA, and onboard trading partners using B2B/MFT platforms while coordinating with the team on complex issues.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect Direct, and EDI standards, plus strong logs-analysis skills and the ability to lead urgent tickets to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Seeburger BIS and IBM Connect Direct is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of X.509 certificates, SSH keys, Linux, and Java.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL required.
• Ability to analyze logs to troubleshoot customer configurations and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processing errors and perform RCA at Seeburger level.
• On-board trading partners based on B2B and MFT solutions.
• Resolve performance or configuration hindrances promptly.
• Handle high-priority tickets and lead a team when needed.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of User Management Console.
• Leverage knowledge of EDIFACT/ANSI X12 is a plus.
• EDI mapping using BIC MD is required; upgrade Seeburger BIS as needed.

Note : Seeburger only with latest version and BIC MD Mapping is mandatory, Candidate should have development experience.

Experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect: Direct) and communication protocols; Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar); Understanding of relational databases and SQL; Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills; Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues

• Analyze the processing errors and perform the RCA from Seeburger application level.
• Should be On-Boarding Trading Partners based on B2B and MFT Solutions.
• Analyze and resolve any performance/configuration hindrances.
• Should be able to handle high priority tickets and lead a team.
• Candidate must have a good knowledge over User Management Console.
• Knowlege over EDI Standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12 is added advantage.
• EDI mapping using BIC MD is required
• Valid experience in Seeburger BIS upgrades from one Service Pack to other
