Qualifications

• Detailed business analysis experience and maintaining requirements (5+ years).
• Bridge between engineering and operations (5+ years).
• Integration and support of 3rd party systems & applications (5+ years).
• Data analysis with Excel and SQL (3+ years).
• Vulnerability management and reporting experience (3+ years).
• Network knowledge: TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routing, NAT, Gateways, Security (3+ years).
• SDLC and agile software development experience (3+ years).
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive them from start to completion.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain vulnerability scanning solutions (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Defender, Wiz.io)
• Build and enhance integrations for vulnerability reporting and remediation tracking (e.g., SNOW VR)
• Analyze and improve business processes, ensure sustainable scan coverage & reporting
• Translating needs to clear business demands, build user stories, and technical specifications
• Perform large-scale technical data analysis to spot and resolve gaps and perform ad hoc reports
• Liaise with vendors for smooth operations and support, improve current set-ups and SLAs
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our services across the globe

SKILLS

Must have

• 5+ years of proven experience in detailed business analysis and maintaining requirements
• 5+ years of proven expertise in acting as a BA, driving the bridge between engineering and operations
• 5+ years of proven expertise in integration and support of 3rd party systems & applications from vendors
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis – proficiency with Excel and Databases (SQL) is a must
• 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and reporting (or similar security control)
• 3+ years of network knowledge about TCP/IP stack, Firewalls, Routing, NAT, Gateways, and Security
• 3+ years of working experience in SDLC and agile-driven software development projects
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive them from start to completion.
• Ability to focus and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Used to work with many various stakeholders on different levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experienced in Linux and Azure Cloud Automation (e.g., DevOps, PowerShell, Python, ARM, Functions, Pipelines, Terraform) is a plus and will be preferred
• Certifications in IT Security, Agile, and/or Azure Cloud are a plus and will be preferred
