Job Title: Business Analyst Cybersecurity & DevOps

Role Overview:
A highly skilled Business Analyst with exceptional communication, documentation, and requirement-gathering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Privacy, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Network Security, and Vulnerability Assessment, along with exposure to product development and DevOps practices. This role demands strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cybersecurity and product development initiatives.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases with clarity and precision.
- Work closely with Cybersecurity teams on IAM, Data Privacy, GRC, Network Security, and Vulnerability Management projects.
- Partner with DevOps and Product Development teams to ensure seamless integration of security requirements into the development lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features and security enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs to ensure alignment across teams.
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions against business requirements.
- Maintain traceability matrices and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven expertise in documentation and requirement gathering for complex projects.
- Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity domains:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Data Privacy & Protection
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Network Security
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and product development lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud security and modern security tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Agile BA) will be an advantage.
