Job summary

Evonik Catalysts India is seeking a Security Supervisor to ensure site safety and daily operations at Dombivli. The role involves following plans, coordinating basic tasks, and maintaining security and facilities standards with a focus on reliable service and compliance.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to exchange information and support incident response. Under supervision, responsibilities include basic planning, safety monitoring, and executing standard maintenance

Qualifications

• Under supervision, plan, organize, sequence, and monitor activities at a basic level to meet business goals.
• Under supervision, communicate ideas clearly in simple language to convey thoughts, requests and actions.
• Under supervision, apply basic concepts to manage and apply safety systems.
• Under supervision, at a basic level develop, monitor, explain and understand policies and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
