Auro Mining in Chandrapur is seeking a vigilant security professional to develop policies, monitor CCTV, and coordinate with authorities. You will schedule shifts, train staff, conduct audits, and ensure safety compliance across sites.

The role requires proactive incident response, thorough reporting, and ongoing maintenance of surveillance equipment to protect assets and people. Local regulations and emergency procedures must be understood and followed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure effective operation of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and schedule shifts for security personnel.
• Train security staff on emergency response, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching or disciplinary action as needed.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
• Issue ID cards and visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Enforce company policies regarding unauthorized access or behaviour
• Regularly monitor live CCTV footage.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of surveillance equipment.
• Identify suspicious behaviour and take proactive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local safety and security regulations.
• Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and safety awareness programs.
• Maintain records of security checks, patrols, and daily reports.
