Qualifications

About the Role:

We are looking for professional and well-presented Security Officers to join a premium shopping mall environment. The role requires a high level of alertness, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle security operations with discretion and efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for high-end customers and retail tenants
• Conduct regular patrols across mall premises, including retail zones, parking areas, and service corridors
• Monitor and operate advanced CCTV and surveillance systems
• Manage access control for staff, vendors, and service personnel
• Handle incidents such as theft, disturbances, emergencies, or VIP visits with professionalism
• Support crowd management during peak hours, weekends, and special events
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and guests when required
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident and shift reports
• Coordinate with emergency services, local authorities, and internal teams

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.
• 3+ years of experience in malls, hotels, airports, or corporate security
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi + local language preferred)
