Job summary

The position involves coordinating with security staff, responding to alarms, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal procedures. Computer knowledge is essential for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Security Industry (Handling Private Security Guards and Gadgets).
• Fluent English and Telugu are mandatory.
• Education: Graduate or PG Diploma in Security Management.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Secures premises and employees by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting facility, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Maintains all the documents/reports in the security department.
• Trains Security Staff on record keeping procedures to be followed.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Maintains the environment by monitoring and setting buildings and equipment controls.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Surveillance using Security Guards, CCTV, Biometric and other scan devices for man and material movement.
• Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors. Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
• Monitoring the exit/ entry system for movement of personnel and materials.
• Involved in Security, Vigilance and Firefighting with utmost dedication and integrity.
• Basic technical expertise is required to maintain BMS (biometric equipment), CCTV, and turnstiles.
• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to exercise good judgment. Strong reporting skills
• Compile incident reports; Assess volatile situations accordingly and have the expertise to deal with the situation.
• Enforce security regulations and procedures to effectively support the protection of the premises; Set up security controls and monitor the property/area access.

Preferred candidate profile

• Male Candidates of age between 20 to 40 Yrs.
• Education Qualification: - Minimum Graduate or PG Diploma in Security Management
• Computer knowledge must.
