Job summary

Hilton Jaipur invites an experienced Safety & Security Manager to lead the hotel’s safety operations, ensuring guest and staff protection and property security. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive a proactive security program aligned with Hilton standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating incident response, training teams, and collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to sustain a robust security posture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, CPR, and fire safety.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
