Job summary

Appsierra Group in Patna requires a vigilant Security Officer to safeguard the premises, employees, students, visitors and assets. You will manage access control, monitor surveillance, and enforce safety protocols to prevent unauthorized entry.

Responsibilities include logging visitor and vehicle movements, coordinating with Admin/Facility teams, and maintaining security registers while responding calmly to emergencies and maintaining a safe work environment.

Major KRA ( SMART)

• 1. Ensure 100% compliance with visitor and entry/exit procedures during assigned shifts.
• 2. Maintain accurate security and visitor registers with complete and timely entries.
• 3. Conduct scheduled security rounds of the premises and report abnormalities immediately.
• 4. Ensure timely reporting of security incidents/emergencies to the concerned authority.
• 5. Monitor movement of visitors, vendors and vehicles and ensure adherence to access- control procedures.
• 6. Support the Admin/Facility team in maintaining a safe and secure workplace and ensure compliance with organizational safety protocols.
