Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security officers, and uphold safety standards across hotel premises. The role emphasizes proactive incident response, staff development, and guest safety in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations and emergency protocols.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and security operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to identify risks and threats and address conditions.
• Support emergency responses: Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary investigations and document findings.
• Promote workplace safety: Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Provide security back up: Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required.
• Guest & Staff Safety: Enforce safety measures, manage access control, and handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and update security policies to address emerging risks.

• Support emergency responses: Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents
• Promote workplace safety: Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members
• Provide security back up: Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required
• Guest & Staff Safety: Enforce safety measures, manage access control, and handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally.
