Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a highly skilled sales engineer/solutions architect to deliver demos for MSP/MSSP prospects and oversee end-to-end technical implementations. You’ll manage trials, provide best-practice guidance, and work with sales to shape go-to-market strategies.

You’ll also train MSP partners and coordinate with Product/Engineering on priorities. The role requires strong email security expertise (DMARC, DKIM, SPF), excellent communication, and occasional travel to meet

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management, or a similar role in MSP or tech industries.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues.
• Solid understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with MSP partners and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success.
• Ability to travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events.
• CISSP or other cybersecurity certification is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers.
• This role has to be Mumbai based.

• This role has to be Mumbai based.
