Job summary

VulnU in Pune, India invites a Security Engineer to join our Cloud Security team. You will develop cloud security compliance signatures across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and SaaS platforms, leveraging APIs, Python, and JSON processing.

You will drive automation with Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows, map controls to CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS, and collaborate with research and engineering to deliver scalable solutions. A strong background in cloud configurations and IaC is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP security, IAM, networking, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security assessment of cloud infra.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Experience with CSPM, CIEM, KSPM, Kubernetes security, vulnerabilities, and hardening.
• Knowledge of CIS and NIST benchmarks.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Security or cloud certifications (CCSP/CISSP/AWS/Azure/GCP) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud security signatures using APIs, Python, and JSON.
• Use Agentic AI and LLM workflows to automate signature research and validation.
• Research cloud services and vulnerabilities to identify risks and gaps.
• Monitor provider updates and assess impact on signatures.
• Create automated testing and validation frameworks for signature accuracy.
