Job summary

embIND Embitel Technologies (India) Private Limited seeks a skilled ECU cybersecurity engineer to define and implement secure mechanisms for automotive ECUs. The role requires cryptographic knowledge, TLS handling, and CAN/Ethernet frame inspection, with hands-on C programming and scripting in CAPL or Python.

You'll work with AUTOSAR stacks and use CANoe/CANAlyzer and Trace32 for integration testing and diagnostics over UDS. A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ECU Cybersecurity mechanism definition and implementation.
• Good understanding of cryptographic algorithms, TLS 1.2/1.3, firewall configuration, VLAN configuration.
• Widespread knowledge of packet analysis with Wireshark and traffic inference.
• Strong understanding of Diagnostics over UDS and CAN/Ethernet frame formats.
• Experience in integration and system testing and AUTOSAR crypto stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ECU cybersecurity mechanisms for embedded platforms.
• Configure TLS, firewalls and VLANs to ensure secure communications.
• Perform wire shark based packet analysis and diagnostics over UDS.
• Validate classic AUTOSAR crypto stack and related cryptographic handling.
• Contribute to integration testing and system verification using CAN tools.

• Possess knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and handling them in classic AUTOSAR stacks.
• Hands on experience in C programming language and tools.
