Job summary

InterScripts Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Security Engineer to bolster our cybersecurity program.

You will implement and maintain security controls across information systems, networks, and data, with responsibilities spanning vulnerability management, risk assessments, incident response, security architecture, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in information security, strong communication skills, and a track record of improving security postures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CISSP, CEH, GCIH, GSEC or equivalent cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Program.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk assessments.
• Maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
• Design and implement cybersecurity strategies and security architectures.
• Identify system security requirements and recommend solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain security tools and infrastructure.
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and suspicious activities.
• Develop preventive security measures and improve controls.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to address security risks.
