Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and update security policies, standards, and guidelines from scratch.

• Provide IT security risk advisories to business teams.
• Assess infrastructure, application security, and secure SDLC practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and document mitigations using global standards.
• Collaborate with business/ops teams to identify and close risks in processes.
• Understand OWASP, SANS, and NIST standards and apply them.
• Contribute to information security strategy and awareness initiatives.
• Review firewall rule sets and expand scope as needed.

• Maintain the firm’s security standards and guidelines.
• Enforce policy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop policies, standards and guidelines from scratch and modify existing ones.
• Define and review architecture for new server/VLAN setups in an organization.
• Provide IT security risk advisories for business teams.
• Understand infrastructure, application security assessment and secure SDLC framework.
• Conduct and document application and system risk assessments using the firm’s global standards and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with business and operations teams to identify risks in processes and assist in their closure.
• Understand OWASP, SANS, and NIST standards.
• Contribute to information security strategy and raise security awareness across the organization.
• Possess extensive knowledge of firewall rule review processes and expand scope based on success and integration.
• Understand vulnerability management processes and perform related operational tasks.
• Conduct and maintain periodic follow‑ups with business/application teams.
