• Designation - Consultant
• Qualification - University degree in engineering, computer science, business or information systems or equivalent experience. Professional Certifications (Preferable to have at least one):ITIL, ISO Lead Auditor
• Location - Pune
• Experience - 5 - 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall IT Infrastructure, including information security policies, services, and architecture.
• Plan and Drive existing and future IT security enhancement initiatives/projects end to end from strategy to implementation phase.
• Present updates to Management and internal stake holders.
• Lead current environment reviews to detect critical deficiencies and provide ways to support business IT needs.
• Plan and establish Security Operations center to effectively monitor security posture of group companies.
• Manage security incidents and ensure proper resolution along with operational and business teams.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Ensure disaster recovery arrangements meets the security requirements.
• Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products for purchase, and give advice based on findings.
• Manage cloud infrastructure.
• Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.
