The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR and biometric devices, plus strong problem-solving and confidentiality. You will coordinate with IT and vendors, maintain security logs and support audits in a fast-growing global company with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, biometric devices, and access control systems.
• Strong observation, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems across locations.
• Identify and report unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
• Perform routine health checks of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and access control devices.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with IT/vendors for issue resolution.
• Retrieve CCTV footage and maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily monitoring reports.
• Monitor warehouse operations, including inventory movement and loading/unloading activities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong observation, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, teamwork, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems across all locations.
• Identify and report unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
• Perform routine health checks of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and access control devices.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with IT/vendors for issue resolution.
• Retrieve CCTV footage and maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily monitoring reports.
• Monitor warehouse operations, including inventory movement and loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
• Support security audits and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
