The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background with substantial railway project execution experience and a track record in SE/SSE or equivalent civil railway roles. This position offers growth within a leading international consultancy.

Qualifications

• Graduate Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of railway infrastructure execution experience.
• 5+ years in SE/SSE or equivalent Grade in Civil departments of Railways or related rail entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects ensuring compliance with specs and safety.
• Collaborate with civil contractors for timely project execution.
• Provide technical expertise during commissioning of civil structures.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for quality control and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders with clear communication.

About Project

Systra is appointed as Project Supervision Services Agency for providing Project Supervision Services (PSS) At Various Construction Sites/Sections in the Jurisdiction of CSTE/Project Hubballi and CSTE/Project Bengaluru, South Western Railway

Missions/Main Duties

• Oversee and manage Civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Civil contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the commissioning of Civil structures.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Profile/Skills

• (i) Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum experience of 5 years or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum experience 7 years in execution of railway infrastructure project.
• (ii)At least 5 years’ experience in SE/SSE or equivalent Grade and above of Civil department of Railways and/or as AM and above in Civil Drawing department in RITES/ IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
