The three different parts of the role are:Teaching your subject (60% time)- Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class.- Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and give feedback to students.- Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy.- Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement.Mentoring students (20% time)- Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year.- Develop ways to ensure that these students have strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel - share these plans with all teachers across the ecosystem.Help with school projects (20% time)- Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.- Use these opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills and mentor new teachers.Prerequisites- Required: Bachelors Degree with solid academic and holistic performance.- Preferred: B Ed Degree.- Preferred: Teaching experience in a secondary grade for 1-2 years.Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience.
