Responsabilidades

• Teach English in primary classes.
• Teach Environmental Studies (EVS), focusing on nature, the environment, biodiversity, conservation and sustainable development.
• Explain concepts in a simple, interesting and student-friendly manner.
• Encourage students to develop analytical thinking, curiosity and awareness of society and the environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and classroom activities.
• Use appropriate teaching aids, maps, charts, models, videos and digital resources.
• Follow the academic calendar and complete the prescribed syllabus within the stipulated time.
• Adopt interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
• Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, assignments and examinations.
• Evaluate students' performance and maintain academic records.
• Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial teaching.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Organise quizzes, debates, group discussions, projects and presentations.
• Encourage participation in environmental awareness programmes, plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns and other community-oriented activities.
• Arrange educational activities and field visits, wherever appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
