• Language Development: Improve students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and engaging classroom activities.
• Literature Teaching: Teach prose, poetry, drama, and other literary texts with proper explanation and interpretation.
• Grammar & Writing Skills: Develop students' understanding of grammar, comprehension, creative writing, essay writing, and formal communication.
• Communication Skills: Encourage students to communicate confidently and effectively in English through discussions, presentations, debates, and activities.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular tests, assignments, oral assessments, and examinations to evaluate academic progress.
• Remedial Support: Identify students' learning difficulties and provide additional guidance and support.
• Examination Preparation: Prepare students for school and board examinations through regular practice and revision.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create a positive, interactive, and student-friendly learning environment.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and students' academic progress reports.
• Parent Communication: Share students' academic progress and improvement areas with parents whenever required.
• Academic Coordination: Coordinate with the Principal, Academic Coordinator, and fellow teachers for effective curriculum implementation.
• School Activities: Participate in English language activities, competitions, workshops, staff meetings, and school events.
