Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Pune district seeks an experienced Automotive Seating Engineer to drive seat structure design from concept through production release. You will coordinate with CAE, testing, manufacturing and program management to meet performance, quality and manufacturability targets.

Hands-on CATIA V5 skills (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting) and knowledge of sheet metal, weldments, and manufacturing processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Seat Structure and complete Seat Design.
• Hands-on experience with Seat Mechanisms (Recliners, Sliders, Adjusters).
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting).
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal, Weldments, and Manufacturing Processes.
• Experience in Automotive Seating Systems for OEM/Tier-1 projects.
• Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Engineering Change Processes.
