Job summary

Dintellects Solutions Pvt Ltd in Jabalpur is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth across client and company websites. You will own the SEO strategy end-to-end—from technical audits and on-page optimization to link building and content planning.

The role requires 4–6 years of proven SEO experience, strong knowledge of HTML/CSS basics, and hands-on use of tools like GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• 4–6 years of proven SEO experience with track record of improving rankings.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and impact on SEO.
• Experience managing multiple websites, including international clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers on fixes.
• Oversee on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking).
• Plan and manage off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized content.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions; prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor junior SEO executives (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals)
• Oversee on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure)
• Plan and manage off-page SEO and link-building strategies
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized content
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular performance reports
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices
• Manage and mentor junior SEO executives (if applicable)

Requirements
