Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Selenium Framework Developer with hands-on Java expertise to design, develop, and maintain a robust Selenium framework and related Java applications. You will work with Rest Assured or similar tools and collaborate across product, QA, and design teams.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable Java applications, analyzing requirements, ensuring code quality, unit testing, and participating in the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Java development and database architecture experience, including 3+ years in Java Framework Development.
• Deep understanding of Selenium framework, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with microservices, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Actions, others.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Java applications and systems.
• Analyze user and business requirements to define application objectives and features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable Java code that adheres to specifications and coding best practices.
• Conduct various forms of testing (e.g., unit testing) and systematic debugging to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure application quality.
• Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and responsiveness of existing Java applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, QA, designers) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for software components and user assistance.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, suggest improvements to the development process, and recommend changes to existing infrastructure.
